February 10, 2025 - Lunch at Chester County with Mark

Mark and I decided to fly somewhere for lunch.  We had to be careful since it was a Monday and many airport restaurants are closed on Mondays.  But the Hungry Pilot Bar & Grill at Chester County Airport was open so we decided to go there.  The flight for an RV is less than 30 minutes.

Here Mark and I fly over Martin State Airport in loose formation.

Crossing over the Susquehanna River and the Conowingo Dam and Bridge.

On final at Chester County.  Mark has touched down right on the numbers.

Parked in front of the FBO and the Hungry Pilot Bar & Grill.

After a delicious lunch, we are headed home, taking a slight detour down the eastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay.  It's a little more fun than a straight transit home, don't you think?

Looking at the top of the Bay.

Looking northeast at Interstate 95 as it heads to Wilmington and Philly.

Mouth of the Sassafras River.  Two weeks ago it was coverd in ice.

Home sweet home:  Essex Skypark.
